I am blessed to be here at St. Francis of Assisi. This parish is a warm and welcoming community. I am amazed at how many people give of their time and talents to make this parish run.
This is my third assignment. I come most recently from St. Charles Parish in Parma where I served for two years. My first assignment was St. Rita Parish in Solon. I served there for four years after being ordained on May 10, 2008. I attended Borromeo and St. Mary Seminaries right here in Cleveland. Before seminary, I attended Hudson High School and my parents are still in Hudson. I have two sisters, three nieces, and a nephew. It is great being Uncle Steve as well as Fr. Steve.
On my day off, I enjoy being outside as much as possible. It is great to be on the water in the summer whether kayaking or water skiing. In the winter, I still get out and do some cross country skiing.
I love the Eucharist, the priesthood, and the Church. My goal is to share the joy and peace I have received from Jesus with others. We are blessed with our Catholic faith and blessed we are able share it with others. Please contact me for assistance or connect through social media to receive almost daily Catholic spirituality and news.
